Can I view samples of your work before deciding if I want to contract you as a videographer for my wedding?

Yes, we are happy to accommodate you in our studio for some sample viewings of previously completed weddings. We can also send you a demo dvd, and it may be possible for us to drop in on you.

Can I choose the music I want for the wedding video?

Yes, you can. We only ask that you provide the music in advance of the wedding, to ensure rapid completion afterwards.

What type of special effects can be included in my wedding video?

Special effects can include black and white, sepia effects, slow motion, frozen stills, wide screen, special transitions like pages turning, animated transitions and backgrounds. We will use our creative experience to enhance your video. We can use all manner of elaborate effects. Equally, if you want minimal effects, let us know too.

How can you capture the vows without getting too close?

We use a combination of high quality shotgun and wireless microphones to obtain the best results.

How far will you travel?

We are willing to travel anywhere within the country. Our package prices cover the Midlands area. A travelling allowance may be required for other areas.

When do I have to pay for my video?

We require an initial deposit of 20% of the total cost when you place your booking. Then we sign the contract. Two weeks before the wedding, another 60% is required. On delivery, you are required to pay the remaining amount.

How can I pay?

You can either pay cash, bank cheque, money order.

When do I receive the finished product?

Usually, it takes between 2-8 weeks in order to produce a final version of the wedding video. In most cases, it depends on the package you choose. We feel that it's best not to rush where your wedding is concerned.

How long will the finished video be?

The standard finished product is usually around 2 hours. In some packages, you will also receive a highlights version of the wedding. Raw footage on mini DV format can be purchased if required.

Are additional lights used during filming ?

We use cameras capable of videoing in low-light conditions making intrusive floodlighting unnecessary. If house lighting is very low, we may require it turned up. If it is absolutely necessary we may use a diffused camera mounted light.

What type of attire do the videographers wear?

We assure our clients that our videographers are always dressed in smart, formal attire during the filming of your wedding function. Our aim is to remain unobtrusive throughout.

Does the Package price include VAT?

Yes.
